We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct swim lessons for various age groups, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
- Teach essential swimming techniques, including stroke development, water safety, and diving skills.
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of swim techniques and water safety practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all ages.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred but not mandatory at the time of hiring.
