REMOTE BUSINESS APPLICATION TECHNICIAN - ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS - SALT LAKE CITY
Are you the CARE subject matter expert in your office? If so, the Courts Help Desk needs you! The Help Desk has a team of awesome people who support the majority of our applications incredibly well. Currently, our team is missing someone who is a master in court applications. No big deal if you do not know every little detail about CARE. We are happy to provide training on any pieces of CARE you feel you're lacking in. In fact, we still have the programmers who wrote CARE sitting in the same office.
For this position, we are looking for an expert in court applications. If you are not familiar with building computers, programming, or troubleshooting printer errors, that's okay! Exceptional computer skills are not a requirement because we have geniuses who will teach you everything you need to know about computers. This is an exciting Help Desk role! This position will be the primary court applications support person who will be working with all groups related to the Juvenile Court. In addition to supporting court applications on the Help Desk phones, the incumbent will have the ability to attend conferences to provide support for court applications, as well as work directly with the court application programmers, create documentation for court application releases, and train other Help Desk team members on the court applications. As this is an entry-level position in Information Technology, it also offers a great opportunity for growth and advancement.
