The Financial Support Officer is responsible for performing collection activities associated with various delinquent member accounts, including share draft accounts, Visa credit and debit cards, lines of credit, secured loans, signature loans, real estate loans, and home equity lines of credit. The role requires an active application of the Credit Union’s Mission, Vision and Values in all internal and external interactions.
