What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner position at Utah Pain & Rehab?
We are a multidiscipline pain management group with over 20 years in business looking for a NP to join our practice.
We provide pain management with a focus on therapies to include: procedures, physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, mental health counseling, medication management and lifestyle approaches.
We are looking for full time, 4 days per week. Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30. No Call, evenings, weekends or holidays.
We are offering a very competitive financial package. 6 paid holidays, paid vacation , 401k match. Pay is based on experience. Pay is based on a daily rate. Monthly bonus possible
We are located in Ogden on 12th St. with easy access to the freeway.
We are looking for an individual interested in really helping patients improve their quality of life. The person we are looking for should have an interest in pain management. We are looking for a provider open to interacting and co-treating with other providers. By working together as a team we provide better outcomes for our patients. The majority of visits are with long term established patients. Previous pain management experience a plus.
