What you'll do:
- Work company-generated leads from day one.
- Convert buyers and sellers through consistent follow-up and genuine consultation.
- Show homes, write offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients to closing.
- Host two open houses per month.
- Stay active in weekly coaching and training sessions.
- Keep your pipeline and client notes clean in our CRM.
What we're looking for:
- A licensed Utah real estate agent with at least 2 completed transactions in the past year.
- Someone coachable, competitive, and genuinely collaborative.
- You're not looking for a place to hide, you're looking for a place to grow.
What you'll earn:
- Our agents average $3,877,777 in individual sales volume.
- Top producers on the team earn well into six figures.
- This is a commission-based role with real earning infrastructure behind it.
Salary : $70,000 - $200,000
