We’re expanding our services and are looking for a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated hospice care team. This is a wonderful opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients and families while providing compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.

What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care with compassion—bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Offer companionship and reassurance to patients and families.
- Assist with light household tasks, simple meals, and comfort measures.
- Observe and report changes in condition to the Case Manager.
- Provide respite care to families, giving caregivers much-needed peace of mind.
- Always uphold patient dignity, privacy, and respect in every interaction.
Who You Are
- A licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Utah.
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
- CPR/BLS certified.
- Compassionate, patient, and comfortable supporting individuals at the end of life.
- A calm, dependable presence who finds joy in helping others.
- Self-motivated and confident working independently while being part of a caring team.
