Key Responsibilities
- Communicate Effectively: Sort and distribute communications promptly between applicants and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage Job Postings: Keep our job listings fresh and relevant by updating descriptions and requirements as needed.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and plan interviews, facilitating connections between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct Screenings: Hold preliminary phone or in-person interviews to identify the best candidates.
- Utilize Technology: Use software to analyze resumes and pinpoint quality candidates while staying active on job boards and social networks.
- Guide Applicants: Support candidates through the application, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform office assistant duties as directed.
