We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. You’ll serve as the face of our company to other businesses—helping them understand the value of our products/services and how they can support their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads through research, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and consultations with business decision-makers.
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and close new deals.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience preferred (inside or outside sales).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required).
