- Serve as a senior management leader who partners closely with the executive team, contributing to enterprise priorities and long-range planning through a technology and delivery lens.
- Lead an IT organization with a strong emphasis on prioritization and execution, ensuring initiatives are well scoped, properly governed, and delivered on time, within budget.
- Guide technology strategy and investment decisions, balancing innovation with operational stability and long-term sustainability through a tremendous growth cycle.
- Provide senior leadership oversight of core systems and vendor relationships, ensuring strong performance, scalability, and value realization.
- Build, mentor, and lead high performing technology leaders and teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, business, or a related field
- Strong experience in project management, vendor management, and cross functional collaboration
- Experience with Jack Henry and Symitar
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technology concepts into business relevant terms
- Demonstrated success leading organizations and IT teams through growth, change and transformation
