Utah Facial Plastics, the state’s leading facial aesthetics practice, is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our growing team at our Heber City clinic serving the Heber, Midway, and Park City communities.

This position will begin with a blend of front desk coordination and patient care responsibilities, with training provided for the Medical Assistant role. As the clinic continues to grow, the Medical Assistant role will become the primary focus of the position.

You’ll work alongside three of Utah’s most respected facial plastic surgeons and two exceptional non-surgical providers, supporting in-office procedures and helping deliver the five-star patient experience our practice is known for.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and facial plastic surgery who wants to grow in a premier cosmetic practice.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional first impression
• Supporting facial plastic surgeons during consultations and in-office procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with aesthetic procedures
• Helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for during their visit
• Working alongside a collaborative team that values professionalism, compassion, and patient care

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Coordinator

• Greet patients and ensure a seamless check-in experience
• Educate patients about facial aesthetic procedures in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments for injectables, esthetic services, and surgical follow-ups
• Assist patients with online paperwork and intake forms
• Process payments and assist with end-of-day reconciliation
• Educate patients on skincare products, specials, and promotions

Medical Assistant

• Escort patients to exam rooms for consultations and procedures
• Update electronic medical records (EMR) and gather medical histories
• Prepare procedure rooms and assist physicians during in-office surgeries and treatments
• Take standardized patient photos and collect procedure consents
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms
• Help keep the clinic schedule running smoothly while supporting an efficient workflow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant certification preferred
• At least 1 year of medical assisting experience (aesthetic experience is a plus)
• Surgical assisting experience preferred but not required
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required

Schedule

Part-Time (25 Hours) | Full-Time Potential

• Monday: 8:45 to 1 PM
• Tuesday: 8:45 to 1 PM
• Wednesday: 8:45 to 1 PM
• Thursday: 8:45 to 1 PM
• Friday: 8:45 to 5 PM
• One Saturday a Month: 8 to 3 PM
