- Model and reinforce positive behavior and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with youth, staff, and families
- Provide safe transportation for children in a 15-passenger van, as needed
- At least 18 years old
- High-energy, dependable, and passionate about youth development
- First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Utah Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for van driving)
- Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Demonstrated leadership, responsibility, and a collaborative spirit
- Seasonal Summer Position: Monday–Friday, center is open from 6:30am-5:30pm
- Program Dates: June – August (exact dates based on program needs)
- Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, DOE
