We're looking for a dedicated Behavior Specialist to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in our community. In this role, you'll be at the heart of creating supportive, inclusive environments where every child can succeed.
💼 What You'll Do
As a Behavior Specialist, you will:
- Develop and implement individualized behavior support plans alongside mental health and special needs teams
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff and families to support each child's success
- Partner with teaching staff to create and execute effective intervention strategies
- Support the implementation of IFSP and IEP goals
- Ensure full compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, Health Department guidelines, Child Care Licensing Regulations, HIPAA, and ethical practices

✅ What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience providing behavioral support services for children ages birth to five
