Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Business Brokerage and Brokerage, with experience managing or supporting business sale transactions.
- Proficiency in Business Valuation and Finance, including interpreting financial statements and understanding deal structures.
- General Business acumen, with the ability to analyze operations, market position, and growth potential for small to mid-sized companies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple deals, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
