If you've sold pest control before, then you know no contracts makes it that much easier especially when you have an amazing service & product to follow with it. I've done door to door for 12 years & will help you, in any way possible, to be successful this summer! Lets get it $$$$$$

Duties

• Engage in proactive outside sales activities to generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on pest control solutions tailored to their needs.
• Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional services, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop strategic business plans for territory growth, including lead generation and market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and fostering long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development efforts within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or pest control sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Product knowledge
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively add new customers.
• Experience in outside sales or inside sales is a plus, along with familiarity in pest control or related industries.
