RAN Field Integration Engineer

Hiring: RAN Field Integration Engineers - Georgia, North & South Carolina,Florida,Tennessee -USA(Local Candidates Only)

Looking for multiple RAN Integration Engineers for the installation, integration, and commissioning of Ericsson and Nokia BBUs and Ciena and Cisco routers and switches.

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: The candidate should be a USC, GC, or EAD holder and must be flexible to work 8–10 hours per day, with travel as required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation & Integration: Hands-on installation and integration of Nokia 4G/5G RAN hardware (AirScale, Flexi BBU/RRU) and Ericsson BBUs(55XX, 66XX)
• Configuration & Setup: Access the Baseband through the LMT port for initial setup, apply configuration files, and set up LTE/NR sectors (4G/5G).
• Perform end-to-end integration of network management and site monitoring systems with IP routers, transport equipment, and power infrastructure.
•  Interface Management: Ensure proper setup and troubleshooting of RAN-to-Core interfaces (S1, X2, IP/MPLS).
• Ciena/Cisco Router Integration: Integrate Ciena and Cisco routers with transport and monitoring platforms, supporting reliable alarm reporting and remote management.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot connectivity issues, band-specific problems, and hardware/software failures. Proficient in band-specific troubleshooting for 4G/5G networks.
• Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment processes.
• SFP & Router Connectivity: Strong understanding of Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFPs) and router connectivity.
• Tools Experience: Experience with NetAct, BTS Site Manager, ENM, WinFiol, and PuTTY for network management.

Requirement:

• Must have own vehicle
• Current or prior RAN Engineering experience
• Hands-on expertise with installing and integrating Nokia & Ericsson BBUs.
• Experienced in both Nokia and Ericsson 4G/5G technologies.
• OSHA 10 Certification
