General Internal Medicine - Assistant Professor

The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of General Internal Medicine is seeking a full or part-time academic general internal medicine/primary care physician.  Responsibilities include providing educational leadership and supervising patient care in ambulatory and hospital settings at the University and its affiliated hospitals, in addition to the teaching and training of medical students, house staff, and fellows. 

The position requires an M.D. degree or equivalent, from an approved LCME medical school and satisfactory completion of an Internal Medicine residency program from an ACGME accredited program.  Candidate must be eligible for Texas medical licensure and be board certified in Internal Medicine.
