This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller in Accounting & Fiscal Services, based in Dallas, TX. The Controller will oversee accounting processes, financial reporting, audits, and ensure compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, preparing financial statements, managing internal controls, and supervising accounting teams. The role also involves providing financial insights and collaborating with leadership to support the organization’s financial goals and operations.
- Expertise in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budget Management

- Leadership experience in managing and supervising accounting teams
- Strong Analytical, Strategic Thinking, and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Proficiency in Financial Systems, Software, and Reporting Tools
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or other relevant certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare, academic, or nonprofit organizations is an advantage
