We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional for the Research Data Coordinator opportunity in the Clinical & Translational Research Center. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of related experience.
Candidates with familiarity in outpatient research infusion procedures and EKG experience are preferred.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shift between 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, assigned based on business needs.
Salary: Minimum $44,000 - Midpoint $55,000 - Maximum $66,000
Hourly breakdown of salary range: Minimum $21.15 - Midpoint $26.44 - Maximum $31.73

Key Functions
- Assists with study sponsored EKG machine delivery, training, inventory, supplies, organization and paper flow
- Communicates verbally and in writing, as needed or as requested by study and/or CTRC team
- Answers and screens office phone calls effectively and professionally
- Generates professional documents using word processing, spreadsheets and other software
- Works with study teams to ensure clinical staff have resources to perform study sponsored EKGs
- Assists with training for EKG machines new to the CTRC staff
- Troubleshoots machines while contacting coordinators if issues are not able to be resolved
- Works with study teams to coordinate pick up of EKG strips
- Ensures accurate collection and documentation of study sponsored EKGs
- Reviews EPIC and ARMADA to ensure they are aligned
- Reviews medical records to extract data points
- Ensures all protocol EKG procedures are ordered and completed by clinical staff
- Assists with queries from sponsors specific to EKGs
- Maintains a high level of professional expertise and credibility through educational programs, including on-site training
- Attends department research meetings and conferences
- Understands and adheres to the policies and procedures related to conduct of clinical trials
- Supplements education as needed through use of reference materials, lectures, etc
- Arranges for coverage when absent
- Other duties as assigned
