Oversees all aspects of the daily operations of assigned clinical practices. Ensures the ongoing successful performance of practice operations.

Six (6) years of directly-related experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience in an ambulatory care setting is required.

- Manages the day-to-day operations in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Participates in interpreting and implementing policies and procedures.
- Ensures employee conformance to established practices and trains staff accordingly.
- Establishes credibility and a strong presence in the dental practice setting.
- Identifies potential problem areas, develops a system for objectively monitoring performance, and regularly seeks solutions for improvement.
- Develops and maintains an open, professional, and effective line of communication with physicians and staff.
- Prepares reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations.
- Requires regular travel to affiliated dental clinics in the San Antonio and Laredo areas to provide operational support and ensure consistency in patient care and service standards.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of concepts, practices, and policies in Clinical Operations.
- Ability to direct and contribute to initiatives and processes within the organization.
- Builds and maintains positive working relationships within individual work groups and across departments through open communication and collaboration.
- Two years of supervisory experience in a dental clinic and/or ambulatory care setting is required.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
