- Operational Planning & Task Management: Develop and maintain structured mechanisms to track initiatives, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Operational Planning & Task Management: Create clear visibility into project status, risks, and outstanding items for stakeholders and leadership.
- Operational Planning & Task Management: Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, and alignment issues, and drive resolution.

- Business Solutions & Process Support: Serve as a liaison between HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure system alignment and process integrity.
