Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly trustworthy Human Resources Intern to support our team during the summer. This internship will primarily focus on an electronic filing and document management project, providing valuable hands-on experience in HR operations and data organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the organization, digitization, and electronic filing of HR documents
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in file naming, indexing, and storage processes
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Support HR team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Help improve and streamline document management processes
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
