Inspire Your Team: Coach and support branch staff to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and meet performance goals.

Keep Things Running Smoothly: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and maintain a secure, welcoming environment.
Be a Resource: Help members and staff navigate financial products, solve problems, and make confident decisions.
Represent UTFCU: Be a visible, positive presence in the community-attend events, network, and promote our mission.
What You Bring:
A passion for leadership and helping others succeed.
Experience in banking, lending, or financial services.
Strong communication skills and a member-first mindset.
Comfort with technology and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
A desire to grow personally and professionally.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of leadership experience in a financial setting.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive results.
