Handle all administrative tasks for the sales and purchasing team to include, but not limited to:

▪ Order quantity or delivery date change
▪ Logistics issues
Managing Calendar For Manager
Handle all administrative tasks for the sales and purchasing team to include, but not limited to:
- USUI Global Sales Department
- Order processing
- Act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office
- Point of contact for customers with queries about orders or deliveries.
- An efficient sales support administrator contributes to quality customer service and helps the sales team meet its targets.
- Producing multiple reports and handling requests by the customers
- Meeting deadlines
- Enter information regarding potential new suppliers
- Enter information regarding current suppliers
- Upload component quotations received from all suppliers for all components
- Generate reports for UIC Buyer to compare component costs globally Managing Intercompany Orders
- Receive spot buy purchase orders from USUI Japan and USUI subsidiaries
- Confirm orders are complete and understandable. If not, communicate further with USUI Japan and USUI subsidiaries.
- Confirm with UIC Production Control as to whether the orders can be fulfilled by the requested due date(s)
- Provide signed acknowledgement back to USUI Japan or USUI subsidiary
- Enter order into Plex. Copy Production Control.
- Work as liaison between UIC functional groups and USUI Japan and USUI subsidiaries regarding issues associated to orders

Managing Calendar For Manager
- Make department travel arrangements
- Coordinate customer events
- All other duties as assigned by management
- Associates degree or 2-3 years related field experience
- Proficiency with Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Have a flexible attitude
- Ability to multi task
