The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) is a non-profit professional organization representing men’s and women’s cross country and track & field coaches across the United States. The association serves more than 11,000 coaching members, including over 98% of NCAA track & field coaches. USTFCCCA advocates for coaches’ interests, providing a leadership structure that supports a diverse membership. The organization acts as a lobbyist and liaison between coaches and key stakeholders in the sport, working to strengthen the coaching profession and advance cross country and track & field nationwide.
Role Description
As a part of the Membership Services and Operations division you will process and respond to membership support requests, process event registrations in our membership database, and manage daily office operations including processing accounts payable and receivable. Assist with the coordination and execution of the Track and Field Academy program. Responsible for credentialing and registration for the yearly USTFCCCA Convention. Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Membership Services and Operations and USTFCCCA CEO.
Qualifications
• Engaging and detailed oriented individual.
• Interest in sport management, event management, or athletic administration.
• Customer service skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products required.
• Knowledge of best practices for business correspondence preferred.
