We are looking for english teacher/site manager/marketing specialist who can deliver in-person coaching lessons, site management and do marketing. Instructors must be able to be comfortable teaching in a classroom and can provide an engaging class atmosphere. Training will be provided on how to use the Ustar website community, Zoom, and curriculum. Classes typically meet for one hour per time, and instructors may choose how many classes they are willing to take on.

Role and Responsibilities
- Be a speaker of non-accented (very important) English.
- Know how to do site management
- Know how to do marketing
- Teach ONSITE in our San Jose location.
- Deliver lessons efficiently and interactively. provide an engaging class experience for learners and families.
- Assign and grade homework focusing on personalized experience and feedback through our our website platform.
- Responsible for all assignments, assessments, and other instructional materials and methods of teaching in your classroom
- Involve parents as part of school learning community and keep constant communication with families
- Confidently use our website to start video meetings with parents and communicate with families about learner progress.
- Create challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students.
Requirements
- Must be a speaker of non-accented English.
- Site management experience is a plus
- know how to do the marketing
- Must work ONSITE at our San Jose location.
- Prior virtual tutoring or teaching experience required
- Must have access to laptop or iPad for virtual sessions
- Previous experience with teaching instruction
- Excellent classroom management skills promoting a positive attitude

Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour
