You Are
UST is searching for a UX/UI Designer passionate about user experience and digital interface design, who wants to join a software and innovation company focused on creating user-centered technological solutions.
The Opportunity
- Early to mid-level prototyping
- Rapid wireframe development
- Testable prototypes in days, not weeks
- Usability testing before development
- Design as a learning tool
- Design to validate hypotheses
- Reduce scope to the minimum realistic level
- Identify what not to build
- Strong collaboration with PM and Tech
- Participate in MVP definition
- Translate value propositions into concrete flows
What You Need
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
- Solid portfolio with real projects
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development (programming is not required, but understanding the technical limitations is essential).
