Business Analysts at UST play a critical role in delivering data-driven insights and decision support tools to leadership and cross-functional teams. They help shape strategic and operational decisions through advanced analytics, reporting, and collaboration.

Compensation Range: $73,000-$110,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

You Are
Business Analysts at UST play a critical role in delivering data-driven insights and decision support tools to leadership and cross-functional teams. They help shape strategic and operational decisions through advanced analytics, reporting, and collaboration.
The Opportunity
- Gather, validate, and document business and reporting requirements.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Define success metrics for product features and campaigns.
- Deliver insights using data mining, modeling, and business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, product, and platform functions.
- Support enterprise initiatives with analytical recommendations.
- Train junior analysts and assist sales force partners.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls (e.g., SOX).
What You Need
Required Skills & Tools:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or similar data science languages (preferred).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Business, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in business analysis, data visualization, and performance reporting.
- Experience in telecommunications is a plus.
