The Role
UST is searching for an experienced professional with strong Manufacturing Quality domain expertise and hands-on experience in Power BI, Automation, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Quality Management processes within regulated manufacturing environments, along with the ability to leverage data analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Compensation Range: $87,000-$131,000

- Support manufacturing quality processes and compliance activities.
- Create data-driven insights using Power BI.
- Develop automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Work with business and technical teams to implement AI-enabled solutions.
What You Need
- 8-11 Years of experience
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree
- Manufacturing Quality Hands-on experience in: CAPA Deviations Change Controls Investigations PPQ (Process Performance Qualification) Power BI & Automation Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Automate business and quality processes using Power Platform or similar tools.
- AI (Preferred) Experience with AI/Generative AI solutions.
- Ability to apply AI for reporting, process improvement, and analytics.
