You Are
The successful candidate must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and proven ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Problem solving skills, proficiency with technology and a working knowledge of scientific data recording, reduction and plotting software as well as final report writing skills are preferred for this role.

Role Location: Minnesota
Compensation Range: $64,000-$96,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

You Are

The Opportunity
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
What You Need
- High School Diploma required or Equivalent
- 2-3 yrs experience in a Medical Device lab
- Candidate preferred to have a working understanding of FDA regulations, international standards, and guidance documents applicable to medical devices.
- Familiarity with computer record-keeping systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with scientific and technical data processing and graphing software is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
- Must be proficient in wet chemical methods and lab/bench skills.
