You Are:

HealthProof is searching for a highly motivated Director I - Delivery Management to join our team. The Project Manager position will work to support Platform Upgrades for Health Plans under the general supervision of the Sr. Manager - Product Upgrades.

The Opportunity:

* Manage large and complex platform upgrade projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline.

* Develop and maintain detailed upgrade plans, schedules, and resource allocations, accounting for technical compatibility and testing across integrated systems (e.g., ODS, EPlus).

* Collaborate directly with Healthedge, clients, and internal onshore/offshore teams to define upgrade requirements, scope, and deliverables.

* Identify, track, and report issues found during testing; work with Healthedge to prioritize and deploy fixes for validation.

* Maintain a strong understanding of HRP application architecture to effectively manage upgrade activities and troubleshoot issues.

What You Need:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field.

* Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within technology environments, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects; experience with Healthedge products preferred.

* Skills & Competencies:

* Strong communication skills for interpreting requirements and conveying updates across teams.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

* Experience in testing and defect management is a plus.

* Ability to work independently and interface effectively with cross-functional teams.

* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Demonstrated track record of delivering results and maintaining client satisfaction.

* Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and stakeholders.

* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

* Strong focus and drive to serve the client, with a commitment to measuring and improving customer satisfaction.

* Experience mentoring or guiding team members is a plus.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST HealthProof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $140,000-$160,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue up to 16 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses. Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
