You Are
UST is searching for an experienced Functional Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain production systems, focusing on issue triage, resolution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
The Opportunity
What You Need
Role Location: Remote - US
Compensation Range: $80,000-$120,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

You Are
UST is searching for an experienced Functional Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain production systems, focusing on issue triage, resolution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
The Opportunity
- Provide Business Operations support across Oracle SCM modules; analyze and resolve incidents within SLA
- Perform issue triage, identify impacted areas, and engage cross-functional teams
- Lead war rooms with IT, Business and External Partners, triage calls, and stakeholder communications
- Conduct RCA discussions and track corrective/preventive actions
- Execute tasks per SOPs; enhance documentation, knowledge base, and process efficiency
What You Need
- Experience: 8–10 Years
- Mandatory Functional Expertise:
- CUS, FUL, GOP, OTC
- PTD/PTR, STP, RTR (SCM touchpoints)
- Reporting & Analytics, Integrations/Boundary Systems
- Required Skills:
- Strong Oracle Fusion SCM functional expertise
- Experience in production support & incident management
- Solid end-to-end supply chain knowledge
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good to Have:
- Telco Supply Chain experience
- Exposure to **SAP ECC SCM modules (MM, SD, etc.)
