Compensation Range: $56,000-$84,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. You Are
Deskside Support Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency across a range of devices, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You are comfortable working independently, prioritizing multiple tasks, and supporting both local and remote users with professionalism and empathy.
The Opportunity
- Staff the IT support desk during office hours (08:00 AM MST to 5:00 PM MST), with flexibility for special company events.
- Use Service-Now to accept, work, and resolve incidents and requests.
- Communicate effectively with internal IT teams and end users.
- Provide one-on-one training using existing training materials.
- Install, remove, and manage electronic equipment including laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Image laptops and desktops (Windows/Mac).
- Assist with video conferencing setup and troubleshooting.
- Support desk setups, end-user desk moves, and equipment removal.
- Track, maintain, and organize inventory of electronic equipment (e.g., laptops, monitors, cables, headsets, adapters, printers).
- Prioritize and support VIP members and white glove service.
- Travel to remote sites within the client’s global offices as needed.
- Assist site facilities and US-based users with IT-related needs, including shipping of devices and accessories.
- Escalate and manage broader IT issues (e.g., SSO outages, printing failures) in local or global systems.
- Direct users to internal IT support desks for issues outside the scope of this role.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What You Need
- 4 years of experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in supporting technical needs across devices: laptops, desktops, desk phones, headsets, mobile devices (iOS/Android), printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Experience with Service-Now or similar ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel and support remote sites.
- Experience in white glove or VIP support environments.
- Familiarity with IT inventory management and logistics.
- Prior experience in desktop imaging and hardware installation.
