USPI Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist Scrub Tech

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures, management of the surgical patient, and aseptic techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and maintenance of the sterile field during surgical procedures
- Supporting the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintaining equipment and supplies related to surgical procedures
- Participating in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification as required by state and/or center
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgery center is preferred
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
- Aseptic techniques and implementation
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
