Healthcare SaaS Sales Executive (Inside Sales)
Hiring Immediately | Full-Time
USPAY is seeking experienced, consultative sales professionals, preferably with backgrounds in SaaS or healthcare/medical sales, to sell a powerful healthcare software platform designed to streamline operations, revenue cycle, and patient workflows for medical practices nationwide.
This is a phone-based sales role where you will own the sales process—from prospecting and discovery through presentation and closing. Our software is a robust solution, so we’re looking for salespeople who can have deeper conversations, ask smart questions, and uncover real operational pain points within healthcare practices.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage healthcare practices across the U.S. via outbound calls and email
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify operational, financial, and workflow challenges
- Present and demonstrate our software in a compelling, value-driven way
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through close
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in our CRM
- Collaborate with leadership and teammates to continuously improve performance
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Prior phone-based sales experience (SaaS, healthcare, or B2B preferred)
- Comfortable owning conversations and guiding prospects through a decision-making process
- Strong discovery skills and ability to uncover pain points
- Confident presenting complex solutions in a clear, simple way
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: From $20.00 per hour
- Commission & Incentives: Uncapped
- Total Compensation Expectation: $60,000–$70,000 year 1, over $100,000 year 2. Should be over $200,000 within a few years.
