RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Strategic Marketing - Define target markets, applications, and growth priorities for IFRM technologies
- Establish competitive positioning and differentiation in key segments
- Identify market gaps, emerging trends, and new opportunity spaces
- Serve as the voice of the customer in strategic planning and product decisions
2. Product Management (What We Build & Profitability) - Own IFRM product roadmap, lifecycle, and portfolio strategy
- Lead new product development and commercialization efforts, ensuring strong product-market fit
- Manage product cost, pricing strategy, and margin performance
- Drive product improvements to enhance performance, constructability, and competitiveness
- Partner with Operations and R&D on cost, quality, and scalability initiatives
3. Product Marketing (Why It Wins & Market Success) - Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition for all key audiences
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including launches, relaunches, and adoption programs
- Increase specification inclusion and market preference through targeted programs
- Monitor competitive landscape and refine positioning accordingly
4. Marketing Services Interface - Define requirements for marketing tools, content, and campaigns
- Partner with Marketing Services to develop collateral, digital content, and trade show strategy
- Ensure all materials accurately reflect product positioning and strategic objectives
5. Sales Enablement (Support, Not Ownership) - Equip sales teams with positioning, messaging, and competitive tools
- Deliver product training and guidance on target customers and applications
- Provide strategic support for key opportunities and market development initiatives
EXPERIENCE: - 5-7 years of experience, working in Industries such as Manufacturing, Architecture, Engineering, Contracting.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Product Management or similar.
- Knowledge of product technologies, preferably in IFRM coatings and paints.
- Microsoft experience and proficiency in Excel.
- Market Analysis and research experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working independently while supporting plant operations
- Strong communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Data-driven and cost-conscious mindset
- Practical, hands-on approach to procurement and inventory management

SCOPE OF POSITION: The Product Manager will be customer facing, providing product awareness to the markets, provide cost and market analysis and keeping updated on trends. Traveling up to 10%-20% monthly to meet with clients, market as needed in U.S Canada and possibly International for IFRM. Work and partner closely with R&D, Sales, Operations, Finance and Tech departments. Attending meetings as needed for updates and/or challenges. On-site position, with possible Hybrid schedule in the future. Salary: $120k - $150k (based on qualifications and experience) 15% annual bonus – (based on company performance and employee individual performance and target goals met).
