Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant based in Plano, TX, with partial remote work flexibility. The Assistant will handle a range of responsibilities, including administrative support, coordinating schedules, managing communications, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the academy and ensuring seamless communication between team members and stakeholders. The Assistant will also support the implementation of streamlined processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in data entry, reporting, and records management
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Customer service experience or ability to handle inquiries professionally
- High level of discretion with confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Comouter Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in an educational institution or non-profit organization is a plus
