Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead research projects from design to delivery, ensuring rigor, reproducibility, and meaningful impact. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives to achieve strategic research goals efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate graduate and undergraduate research assistants while fostering an inclusive and productive learning environment. Provide mentorship in statistical methods, programming, and professional development to support students’ academic and career growth.
- Develop, validate, and deploy advanced statistical and machine learning models to address complex research questions. Design custom algorithms and analytical workflows tailored to novel challenges, and implement reproducible pipelines using modern data engineering tools to ensure consistency and transparency in analysis.
