Job Summary
The School of Social Science and Global Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi is seeking an adjunct instructor to teach upper- and Masters-level anthropology courses either online or face-to-face. The primary responsibility of this position will be teaching a one-semester online course, “Heritage Resources and Public Policy”
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach Anthropology classes as needed.
- Attend program meetings as determined by the program coordinator.
- Follow all university, college, and school policies regarding teaching practices and job performance.
- Be responsive to communication from students, staff, and administration.
- Hold regular office hours.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
