Qualifications:
- Experience with Solar Power and Solar Systems
- Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Familiarity and experience within the Solar Industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
