✅ 10 years in Data Management / MDM / RDM
✅ Strong Healthcare / Healthcare Payer experience
✅ Expertise in Member & Provider Data
✅ Hands-on Informatica MDM, Reltio & SAS
✅ MDM/RDM Architecture & Enterprise Implementation
✅ Experience with MDM/RDM Cloud Migration – Azure preferred
✅ Strong Azure Data Factory, Data Lake & Azure SQL
✅ Databricks for data engineering & integration
✅ Healthcare Data Standards, Interoperability & Regulatory Requirements
✅ Technical Leadership & Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
