Who We hire:
This is an outbound one-call close phone sales position. We strictly hire savvy salespeople, experienced closers that know how to sell, overcome all objections and close the deal.

High Commissions:
Our typical agent averages $200k per year, high volume closers average $400k per year, and truly exceptional closers over $700k.
- Base Commission: 60% (paid weekly)
- Monthly Bonus: up to 15% (paid monthly)
- Total Compensation: Up to 75%
Performance bonus is paid every month based on your total monthly production. All high volume closers consistently max out bonus each month, earning 75% commission.

What We Sell:
We sell a 100% return of premium insurance policy. This is a life, accidental and disability policy that provides up to $250,000 in coverage with a full 100% return of premium. At the end of the policy, customers can choose to either receive their entire premium back in full or keep the policy for life without paying anything more.
Average Ticket: $1,800

Client List / Leads:
We provide endless opportunity with our extensive client lists and unlimited lead source completely free to all agents. You will never be asked to source new clients or pay for leads.
You can call every day from 8am-9pm, and have a new lead on the phone in less than 20 seconds. Your sales potential is truly unlimited.

We are not a MLM or pyramid style company; you will never be asked to recruit agents.

Agent Expecations:
- 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday (Must be on the dialer and calling)
- Maintain minimum sales requirements
- Must start work on time, be reliable and communicate well
Position Details:
- This job is exclusively a work from home position.
- You may be located anywhere in the US.
- This is a captive insurance position (No Independent Agents)

Qualifications:
- We strictly hire experienced high ticket closers.
- A college degree is not required.
- Active license to sell life insurance is required by law.
Other Requirements:
- You must have a quiet space at home or home office where you can make phone calls.
- You must have a laptop or computer with reliable internet.
- You must have a checking or savings account for direct deposit.
- You must fluently speak English.
