Our Work Environment Includes:
The CPR Instructor will be responsible for teaching individuals or groups how to perform CPR and use AEDs. The instructor will prepare lesson plans, demonstrate proper CPR techniques, and evaluate students' performance to ensure they have achieved proficiency in CPR, AED, and basic life support use. The instructor will work in various settings, including offices, schools, community centers, hospitals, and other locations. Note: The instructors teaching methods and content must comply with the American Heart Association requirements.
Position Overview
The CPR Instructor will be responsible for delivering American Red Cross (ARC) CPR/BLS training to individuals and groups. This includes preparing lesson plans, demonstrating proper techniques, and ensuring students meet certification requirements.

License/Certification
- American Red Cross CPR/BLS Instructor Certification
- American Heart Association BLS Instructor Certification
Teaching Equipment
The CPR instructor who owns enough manikin sets (3 Sets) is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ARC CPR/BLS training sessions
- Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with American Red Cross standards
- Maintain and manage training equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to students and clients
Requirements
- 2 years of teaching experience
- Valid CPR Instructor Certification (ARC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CPR/AED techniques
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to manage classroom environments effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry training equipment, up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to demonstrate proper CPR and AED techniques.
Schedule
- Work may be performed primarily during weekends.
- Weekday availability (preferred)
- Flexible scheduling based on class demand
