US Installation Group (USIG) has been an exclusive provider of Installation and Renovation Services for the nation's largest home improvement retailer: for over twenty-eight years. Job Description:
This is an office-based position coordinating the installation process for floor covering installations from beginning to end. Must have extensive flooring knowledge and great customer service skills. Responsibilities include:
. Constant interaction with our retail partner, installers and customers
. Schedule installations and confirm appointments with customers
. Monitor and track installations and warranty calls
. Solve customer problems and issues
. Some warehouse duties would be required in this position
. Communicate and guide technicians in the field to ensure a quality installation
Position Requirements:
. 3 years floor installation or construction experience required
. Knowledge of multiple flooring surfaces is a plus
. Intermediate computer skills
. Experience in solving customer issues
. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
. Must have a valid driver's license
. Must have a dependable mode of transportation
. Must be able to pass a background check
. Sheduled/hours M-F 7am-4PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
