Location: Grimes Industrial Park, Pittston, PA (near the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Airport)
Schedule:
- Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM & Thursday–Saturday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- 40 hours per week
About the Role
Join our growing beverage manufacturing team! The primary responsibility of this position is preparing beverage batches by accurately weighing, measuring, and blending ingredients according to approved formulas while maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards.
This is a skilled manufacturing position. Experience in beverage, food, dairy, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with solid manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverage batches following formulas and production schedules.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and verify ingredients.
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments to maintain specifications.
- Complete batch records, production documentation, and data entry.
- Perform quality control checks and microbiological sampling.
- Assist with production startups, changeovers, and sanitation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Batching, blending, or food and beverage manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work a 12-hour night shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
