Industrial Maintenance Technicians - Manufacturing

We are seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in a high-volume beverage manufacturing environment. This role supports production by ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Location – Pittston, Pennsylvania

Schedule – DAY SHIFT 5am to 5pm - 3 1/2 day flexible 40 hour work week

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Preventive and predictive maintenance
• Mechanical maintenance (conveyors, pumps, gearboxes)
• Electrical maintenance (motors, VFDs, sensors)
• PLC-controlled equipment support and basic troubleshooting
• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems maintenance
• Equipment installation and upgrades
• Maintenance documentation and work order completion
• Compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and food safety requirements

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred

Preferred

• Food or beverage manufacturing experience
• CMRT, Mechatronics, or related technical training

The ideal candidate would have experience in a food or beverage production facility. Preference will be given to applicants with water, beverage, dairy, or food production experience. USHydrations is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
