What you’ll do:
- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- Operate within a reservations department that delivers enlightened hospitality and excellent service at all times
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional customer service
- Act as the reservations liaison between the guest and Maitre d’ for all full-service restaurants at USHG
- Demonstrate proper use of guest notes and reservations notes and ensure to communicate all guest information and requests to deliver Enlightened Hospitality
- Exhibit professionalism when speaking to guests and communicating information
- This position is in person only (not remote)
What we need from you:
- Experience in a front of house role in a hospitality business preferred
- Customer Service
- Conflict Resolution
- Attention to detail
- Professional, articulate, and punctual.
- Knowledge of Reservation Software (SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable, etc.)
- Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Full-time flexible hours (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays)
