Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Charlotte, NC. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and support sales efforts.


Our clients are looking for viable alternatives to their current benefit programs and as a result of current economic conditions, the demand for our products and services has never been greater! Our team has had rapid growth over the past few years. We finished 2021 with 6.2 million in Annualized Volume. At the end of 2022, we doubled production and finished the year with 12.9 million in Annualized Volume. We grew again in 2023 to 19.1 million in Annualized Volume. We finished 2024 at $22.2 million and are currently on pace to exceed 2024’s production for 2025! Our Sales Executive can make a real difference in people's lives. You'll work directly with Americas self-employed, small business owners and individuals to help them access a product suite of affordable business services, consumer savings programs, and wellness benefits with access to health coverage plans. Salary: $53,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
