This is a remote, full-time position as a Health Advisor. The Health Advisor will consult with individuals, families, and business owners to identify and tailor health insurance plans that fit their unique needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on health coverage options, educating clients on health and wellness practices, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additionally, the advisor will participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance their knowledge and expertise in the healthcare field.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively engaging with clients and building relationships
- Experience in Health Promotion and Wellness to guide clients in making informed healthcare decisions
- Proven ability to provide Training or educational sessions to clients for better understanding of health insurance plans
- Self-motivated and organized approaches to manage tasks in a remote work environment
