Shift Differential

- Adhere to all safety and housekeeping requirements within the manufacturing setting, ensuring a detailed and safe workplace.
- Operate production equipment proficiently, troubleshoot, and make necessary adjustments to meet product and quality specifications.
- Record production data and other results accurately, adhering closely to the required manner.
- Apply basic maintenance skills to service equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives, as determined by supervision.
- Be adaptable to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and working weekends, where applicable.
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing setting and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
- Capability to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
- Competence in interpreting verbal and written work instructions.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Proficiency in taking measurements to verify product specifications.
- Possession of basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools like hammers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and putty knives.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with co-workers seamlessly.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance to ensure continuous production flow.
- Participation in workplace organization and 5S initiatives.
- Willingness to support and participate in continuous improvement projects.
