Job Title: ServiceNow Program Manager

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise ServiceNow programs focused on CMDB modernization, CSDM adoption, ITOM enablement, and enterprise service visibility.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, workstreams, and stakeholders across geographies.
• Drive ServiceNow capability modeling and CSDM implementation aligned with enterprise architecture and resiliency boundaries.
• Define and extend ServiceNow CMDB data models where required for Radar-based capability facets and governance needs.
• Ensure governance, compliance, risk management, and agile/PMLC execution standards.
• Manage budgets, vendor delivery, forecasting, and resource capacity planning.
• Present executive-level program updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 years of Program/Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• 5 years of ServiceNow delivery experience with strong exposure to:
  • CMDB
  • ITOM
  • ITSM
  • CSDM
  • Discovery & Service Mapping
  • Data Governance & Integrations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB architecture and enterprise service modeling.
• Experience driving large-scale cross-functional programs with enterprise or regulatory impact.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP / PgMP
• ITIL v4
• ServiceNow CMDB / ITOM Certifications
